You won’t get lost. Each major intersection is illustrated with a sketch. If you are not into moving by your own, get a bus and join directly the villages of Neral near Mumbai, of Katgaon in Maharastra, Bhagamandala in Karnataka, Elappara near Munnar and Kumily in Kerala. There leave your bag at the hotel and visit the neighbouring . You will visit farming areas where sugarcane, cocoa, cardamon, coffee, pepper, tea and tapioca is cultivated. Préface : Durant mon périple j’ai croisé de nombreux routards désireux de s’échapper des circuits touristiques. Par où commencer ? Quels sont les lieux dignes d’intérêt. Quellles sont les voies d’accès ? L’hébergement et le ravitaillement sont-ils possibles ? Qu’en est-il des animaux sauvages ? J’ai créé ce guide pour partager mon expérience, mais aussi pour vous inciter à suivre mes pas. J’ai volontairement hommis les informations tarifaires et les noms des lieux d’hébergement. Il y a toujours de la place. Nul besoin de réserver. Demander. J’indique simplement si il existe des auberges et des possibilités de camping sauvage : Camping Bungalow, Habitant , Auberge.Tous ces itinéraires sont praticables à pieds, en bus, en taxi, ou en vélo sur de petites routes de campagne. J’ai facilement trouvé mon chemin muni d’une simple boussole. Vous avez en plus les noms des villages et un croquis pour chaque intersection majeure. J’espère ainsi que vous vous sentirez suffisamment sécurisé pour tenter à votre tour l’expérience. / in english: Preface: During your travel you will inevitably desire to escape the touristic routes. How will you get the necessary information? Where will you find the hidden and most interesting places in the Indian countryside? Is there a road, food, water and accommodation? Are there dangerous animals? I have created this guide to share my experiences and to make yours more comfortable. I will lead you to lodges where rooms are always available. You won’t have to book in advance. I always indicate accommodation, such as camping spots, bungalows, or hotels. All these routes are accessible by bus, taxi, walking or bike.
